I left for an extended vacation on June 21, 2001. I returned on July 24, 2001.

During my 34 day excursion I visited 11 cities in 7 countries.

I spent 10 days in Russia. The first were spent in St. Petersburg, and the last 3 in Moscow. My friends Elana and Vovo on a night out in St. Petersburg. "Russian tradition...no problem!"

I had the opportunity to visit the Kremlin, along with this building, which is often mistaken for the Kremlin, but is in fact a cathedral.

From there, I traveled to England, where I spent six days. On the English seacoast.

I had the opportunity to visit many of Englands greatest treasures. Here you see the Tower Bridge over the river Thames in the background.

From England, it was on to the contenent, where I spent the last fifteen days.

You can always get a great cup of coffee in the local coffee shops in Holland.

Even though I'd seen Paris on my last trip to Europe, I couldn't resist another look at the main attractions. Walking the streets on a drizzly Friday afternoon.
